Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Repair Connect Workshop ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

Repair Connect Workshop provides television repair services throughout the Gauteng province of South Africa. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Television screen repair and replacement
• Electronic component repair and replacement
• Diagnostic services
• Warranty services

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Repair Connect Workshop are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for parts, labor, and services not included in the original quote.

Warranty

We provide a standard 3-year warranty on all repair work performed. Warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by external factors (power surges, lightning, etc.)
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Repair Connect Workshop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Repair Connect Workshop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
